FAQ
How many wristbands for my venue?
One wristband per attendee. Kits cover 50 to 1000 people and several kits combine for larger venues.
Who triggers the effects during the show?
Your lighting operator. The professional controller runs from a computer, the mobile controller from a smartphone backstage.
Do wristbands disturb the video capture?
Quite the opposite: they fill the frame with colour. Effects can be cut instantly during acoustic moments.
What is the delivery time?
After your order, we ask you for your logo and the URL to program onto the NFC chip. Once we have received those and you have approved the artwork, allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. If an item is out of stock, allow 4 to 5 weeks for a product with branding and an integrated URL link, and 3 to 4 weeks for a product without branding or link.
