FAQ
How many wristbands do I need?
Count one wristband per guest on the dance floor. Our kits cover 50 to 1000 people with volume pricing.
Can my DJ control the wristbands?
Yes. Every kit includes one controller of your choice: mini controller, mobile app controller or professional desktop console.
Can wristbands be personalised?
One-colour branding (names, date, initials) is included free with every kit, along with an NFC link.
What is the delivery time?
After your order, we ask you for your logo and the URL to program onto the NFC chip. Once we have received those and you have approved the artwork, allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. If an item is out of stock, allow 4 to 5 weeks for a product with branding and an integrated URL link, and 3 to 4 weeks for a product without branding or link.
